This thesis analyzes the application of neurolinguistic approaches in teaching English within the framework of Uzbekistan's development strategy and its role in developing human capital. Neurolinguistic methods formed on the basis of the interaction between language and the brain serve to increase students' cognitive potential, develop critical thinking, and enhance the effectiveness of education. This approach is considered an important factor in strengthening the competitiveness of human capital by improving the quality of education.
