Mazkur maqolada PropTech platformalarining asosiy afzalliklari, iqtisodiy samaradorligi, zamonaviy baholash usullari (AVM) va ularning bozor shaffofligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, AQSh va Rossiyadagi amaliyotlar bilan taqqoslovchi tahlil o‘tkazilib, O‘zbekiston uchun moslashtirilgan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
