INNOVATIVE PROPTECH PLATFORMS AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE REAL ESTATE MARKET

The implementation of PropTech technologies in Uzbekistan plays a significant role in the digital transformation of the real estate market. This article analyzes the main advantages of PropTech platforms, their economic efficiency, modern valuation methods (AVM), and their impact on market transparency. In addition, a comparative analysis with practices in the USA and Russia is provided, along with adapted recommendations for Uzbekistan.
