This article examines the role of the human factor in the development of new-era science and the importance of innovative ideas in shaping their linguo-cognitive potential. Strategies for enriching students' language learning conceptual systems through the digitalization of the education system and integrated approaches in the modern world are considered. In the article, the relationship between language and thought is analyzed based on the anthropocentric paradigm, and the latest methodological solutions in the field of applied linguistics are systematized. Also, the concept of human capital development with the help of innovative educational technologies in the context of global changes is proposed, and scientific-practical recommendations are developed.
