THE ROLE OF LOYALTY-BETRAYAL MOTIVES IN THE EDUCATION OF THE YOUNG GENERATION IN LITERARY WORKS

Abstract

This article analyzes the artistic, aesthetic and socio-moral significance of the motives of loyalty and betrayal in the process of educating the young generation in literary works. The motive of loyalty is highlighted in connection with such values ​​as patriotism, friendship, family responsibility, faith and honesty, and its role in the formation of positive moral criteria in the minds of young people is justified. The motive of betrayal is interpreted as a negative phenomenon associated with a breach of trust, a crisis of conscience and social rejection, and its warning and didactic function is revealed. The article analyzes the issues of forming moral choice, critical thinking, empathy and social consciousness in young students through the contrast of loyalty and betrayal on the example of the works of O'tkir Hoshimov, Said Ahmad, Tohir Malik and A.S. Pushkin. The results of the study show that the motives of loyalty and betrayal are not only aesthetic, but also a tool with strong educational and pedagogical potential in literature.
