EFFECTIVE MODEL OF MOTIVATION MECHANISMS IN THE FORMATION OF A COMPETITIVE LEADER'S PERSONALITY

This article proposes an effective model of motivational mechanisms for the formation of preschool educational organization leaders as competitive individuals. Within the framework of the study, based on the results of a survey conducted among the heads of state and non-state preschool educational organizations of the city of Tashkent, existing motivational problems were revealed on a statistical basis. Also, the factors of internal motivation - professional pride, team confidence, and the priority of children's success - were identified, and a model harmonized with the theory of self-determination theory was proposed
