The thesis scientifically analyzes the issues of improving the management system for monitoring the quality of education. It examines the effectiveness of automating the processes of monitoring and managing educational quality through modern digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and information systems. Additionally, it discusses the optimization of management processes in the education sector based on examples of innovative management methods, quality assessment approaches, and systematic approaches implemented in developed countries.
