THE STATE OF NORM AND DEVIATION FROM THE NORM IN STUDENTS' HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

This article studies the indicators of healthy lifestyle (HLL) of students in a modern higher education environment based on the differences between normative requirements and real practice. The relevance of the study is determined by the occurrence of "deviations from the norm" in students' lives, such as hypodynamia, malnutrition and psychophysiological imbalances, which are a result of the use of digital technologies and an increase in academic workload. The article uses a cross-sectional analysis method to assess the physical activity, sleep patterns and propensity for harmful habits of students based on statistical data. The results show that although most students have theoretical knowledge about the principles of HLL, in practice significant deviations from the norm are observed under the influence of socio-economic and psychological factors. At the end of the article, preventive strategies are proposed to model healthy behavior among students and prevent deviant lifestyles.
