This thesis analyzed the role of technological innovation in the development of small business entities. One of the important tasks facing small business entities in today's digital economy is to increase production efficiency and create competitive products. The thesis covers the ways of applying innovative technologies, their economic effect, international experiments, existing problems and practical recommendations for their elimination. The importance of public policy aimed at promoting the technological development of small-scale entrepreneurship is also revealed.
