This article discusses the pedagogical mechanisms of using gamification technologies in the formation and development of professional competence of future preschool educators. The study analyzes the role of gamification in the educational process, its motivational, reflective and practical significance. Also, an effective model based on interactive game elements is proposed, which serves to increase the preparation of future educators for professional activity.
