Abstract

This article examines the organizational-economic mechanism for managing the operations of family enterprises from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It presents a comparative study of family business models in Germany, Japan, the USA, Italy, and China, focusing on their organizational characteristics, management methods, cost management approaches, innovation activities, and state support mechanisms. Based on the research findings, key elements of foreign experience applicable to the context of Uzbekistan have been systematized. Scientific and practical proposals have been developed to advance management accounting, digital monitoring, strategic cost management, professional management, generational succession, and innovative financing within family enterprises.
