This article analyzes the effectiveness of a STEM-integrated teaching methodology based on the rich scientific and encyclopedic heritage of Abu Rayhan Beruni. The study highlights efficiency indicators across key structural components (content, methodological, practical, and evaluative) when applying Beruni’s insights in natural and exact sciences to modern education. The results demonstrate the high significance of this integrated methodology in developing students' critical thinking, research skills, and practical problem-solving competencies.
