Abstract

This article scientifically and theoretically substantiates the need to develop the professional competence of future preschool educators based on modern pedagogical technologies, in particular, gamification. Based on the requirements of a competency-based approach in the field of preschool education, the problems of strengthening the methodological, communicative, psychological and creative training of the educator are highlighted. The methodological capabilities of gamification technology in the educational process are analyzed, which serve to activate motivation, reflection and practical activity. Also, scientific and methodological approaches and practical implementation mechanisms based on the integration of game mechanisms in the formation of professional competence of future educators are described. The results of the study substantiate the effectiveness of the gamified educational environment in the gradual development of the professional training of educators.
