Аннотация

Neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar markaziy asab tizimining tuzilishi va funksiyasining progressiv tarzda, qaytmas shikastlanishi bilan rivojlanib boruvchi kasalliklar guruhi hisoblanib, bugungi kunda butun dunyo bo‘yicha tibbiyot va sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi uchun dolzarb muammoga aylanib bormoqda. Bugungi kunda jahon miqyosida aholi orasida akseleratsiya jarayoni yoki aholi orasida qarish jarayonining tobora tezlashlashuvi neyrodegenerativ kasalliklar tarqalishining sezilarli oshishiga olib kelmoqda. Ushbu tadqiqotda neyrodegenerativ kasalliklarning kelib chiqish sabablari, dunyo miqyosida va O‘zbekiston hududidagi epidemiologik jihatlari hamda astrotsitlardagi reaktiv o‘zgarishlarning patogenetik ahamiyati yoritiladi.
