This article analyzes the current state and future prospects of logistics networks in Central Asia. It examines the region’s geostrategic importance, the specific features of its transport infrastructure, and the integration processes among the countries. Using the examples of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan, the study highlights the potential of road, rail, air, and river transport, as well as major investment projects and international cooperation programs implemented in recent years. Special attention is given to the key challenges hindering the sector’s development, including the deterioration of transport infrastructure, bureaucratic barriers at borders, and the underutilization of transit potential. Based on the analysis, the article proposes recommendations for modernizing the logistics system, expanding regional and international transport corridors, and attracting private and foreign investments. The article has scientific and practical significance, aimed at ensuring the effective functioning of the transport and logistics system in Central Asia and transforming the region into a vital transit hub of international trade.
