IMPLEMENTATION OF FOREIGN PRACTICES OF STATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

The article examines the significance and effectiveness of Special (Free) Economic Zones (SEZs) as one of the key instruments for accelerating the development of industrial and export potential, as well as attracting foreign investment. Based on international experience, it presents various models of SEZ operations in economically developed countries such as Singapore, Germany, the USA, the UAE, and others, with a focus on their specific features, tax and customs incentives, and key industrial sectors. Particular attention is given to the experience of Uzbekistan, especially the activities of the Namangan SEZ. In conclusion, the article highlights the relevance of SEZ development for Uzbekistanʼs economy, emphasizing their role in production diversification, promotion of innovation, increase in foreign currency revenues, and integration into the international economic system
