MODERN CRITERIA FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATMENT IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease that leads to irreversible joint destruction and functional impairment. The current modern approach is aimed at early detection of disease activity and return to remission. This article discusses the DAS-28, SDAI, CDI indices and ACR response criteria for assessing treatment effectiveness. The importance of inflammatory markers ECHT, C-reactive protein and instrumental examinations is also reviewed, and methods for assessing patients' quality of life indicators are presented.
