This paper presents a comparative analysis of the experience of Germany, Japan, the United States, Italy, and China in establishing and developing the organizational and economic mechanism for managing construction enterprises. Drawing on international practice, it substantiates the importance of strategic management, professional management, innovation, digitalization, and cost management as factors contributing to the stability of construction enterprises. Proposals are developed for adapting these approaches to Uzbekistan’s national institutional environment.
