This article presents a comparative linguocultural analysis of the titles of Italian and Uzbek folk tales. The study examines the semantic structure, national-cultural meanings, symbolic features, and cultural values reflected in fairy tale titles. Particular attention is paid to the nominative, pragmatic, and communicative functions of titles from the perspective of linguocultural studies. Anthroponyms, zoonyms, phytonyms, mythological images, and cultural codes occurring in Italian and Uzbek fairy tales are analyzed comparatively. The findings demonstrate that fairy tale titles embody the historical development, cultural identity, and national worldview of both peoples.
