The thesis analyzes the legal framework for the development of civil society institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the social partnership between the representative bodies of local government - Councils of People's Deputies and non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs). The study highlights the legislative framework of the social partnership system, in particular, the role of the laws "On Social Partnership" and "On Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations" in practice.
The article analyzes the legal framework for the development of civil society institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the social partnership between the representative bodies of local government - Councils of People's Deputies and non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs). The study highlights the legislative framework of the social partnership system, in particular, the role of the laws "On Social Partnership" and "On Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations" in practice.
Also, effective mechanisms for cooperation between Councils and NGOs in solving regional socio-economic problems, supporting vulnerable groups of the population, and implementing social projects are considered. The activities of public funds for supporting non-governmental non-profit organizations and other civil society institutions under the Councils of People's Deputies, as well as the legal sources of the practice of allocating grants, are also analyzed.
