ANALYSIS OF ASTRAGALUS NAMANGANICUS POPOV SPECIES BY SOIL TYPES AND ALTITUDE ZONES

The article analyzes the distribution of Astragalus namanganicus Popov, a species of the genus Astragalus L., across soil types and altitudinal belts of the adyr foothills of the Fergana Valley. Based on data from more than 250 occurrence points collected between 1925 and 2025, the vertical range, ecological optimum, edaphic features, and ecological valency of the species were determined.
