For objective evaluation of the implementation efficiency of the author’s pedagogical technology in the oil and gas industry, a monitoring system based on a four-level KPI model has been developed. Level 1 (reaction) assesses satisfaction of trainees and managers; Level 2 (learning) - competency gain and the share of those reaching the Grade 1 threshold; Level 3 (behavior) - reduction of incidents and compliance with regulations; Level 4 (business results) - adaptation time, labor productivity and economic effect. According to the experiment results, the integral KPI achievement rate reached 99% of the target values. Visualization using a radar model (Fig. 1) allows tracking dynamics and identifying lagging areas. The system is recommended for implementation in corporate personnel assessment centers.
