Abstract

This thesis examines the pedagogical foundations of developing self-control competence among students of higher education institutions. The importance of self-control in organizing students’ independent learning activities, assessing their knowledge and skills, analyzing educational processes, and improving learning outcomes is analyzed. The role of modern pedagogical technologies, reflective approaches, independent learning, and developmental assessment methods in the formation of this competence is also scientifically substantiated.
