Abstract

This article examines the hyponymic relations and their lexical-semantic characteristics, which serve as crucial factors in determining the systemic nature of the vocabulary in Uzbek linguistics. The study analyzes the linguistic connections of lexical units grouped around a common overarching concept, the regularities of their micro-system formation, and the development of word meanings. Based on various thematic groups of hyponyms (such as kinship terms, musical instruments, and colors), their linguistic essence is scientifically substantiated, and the practical significance of these relations in native language education is demonstrated.
