Abstract

This article analyzes the complex, multi-layered and contradictory impact of social networks on the formation of the moral worldview of young people from a socio-philosophical point of view. The study interpreted social networks not only as a means of communication, but also as a digital social space where the exchange of values, reinterpretation of moral norms, manifestation of identity, social imitation, information selection and the formation of a culture of personal responsibility are formed. The article argues that the formation of a moral worldview in the minds of young people is associated with the interaction between family upbringing, educational environment, national values, mass culture, algorithmic information flow and virtual communication. It is shown that social networks, while expanding opportunities for knowledge, social activism, civic position, creative self-expression and intercultural communication for young people, also pose risks such as moral relativism, superficial communication, the pursuit of false prestige, aggressive content, disinformation and instability of values.
