This thesis analyzes the formation of the social protection system in the Federal Republic of Germany, its legal foundations, and contemporary development trends. It also examines the ongoing reforms in the field of social protection in Uzbekistan, particularly the activities of the National Agency for Social Protection and recent developments in the social services system, through a comparative legal perspective with German experience. Based on the findings of the study, several proposals are put forward for further improvement of the national social protection system.
