The article examines how recent digital reforms affect the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in Uzbekistan. Drawing on data from international organizations and the author's observations, it analyses specific results of digitalization in the social sector, energy, education, and public administration. Special attention is paid to the regional dimension: a significant gap between leading and lagging regions shows that national aggregate indicators often conceal real disparities in SDG progress
