This thesis analyzes the conceptual problems between ensuring freedom of speech and maintaining information security in the context of digital transformation. The study examines the legal and ethical aspects of information dissemination on social networks and global platforms, as well as mechanisms for protecting personal integrity and state security based on international experience and national legislation.
