This thesis examines the role of export diversification in enhancing regional competitiveness, using the agriculture of the Khorezm region as a case study. The paper analyzes the region's export potential, the economic efficiency of shifting product structures from raw materials to finished goods, and competitiveness factors in foreign markets. Based on the research results, strategic proposals for diversifying the export basket in the agro-industrial complex of the Khorezm region have been developed.
