EFFECTIVE USE OF LAND TRANSFERRED TO OTHER LAND CATEGORIES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LAND REFORM PROJECTS

The article considers modern problems of land resource management and issues of effective use in the process of their transfer to other categories. The scientific foundations of territorial planning, increasing economic and environmental efficiency, as well as taking into account social interests through the implementation of land development projects are highlighted. The article highlights the indicators of changes in land categories and the effectiveness of their use, as well as the practical importance of digital cadastre and GIS systems.
