This thesis analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of effective teaching of pedagogical communication and psychological influence methods to teachers. The thesis covers the role of communication in the pedagogical process, methods of interactive communication with students, psychological influence technologies and the possibilities of their integration into the educational process on a scientific basis. At the same time, the thesis provides a comparative analysis of the results of advanced foreign and domestic research and puts forward methodological approaches to the formation of pedagogical communication skills. The thesis is supplemented with practice-oriented recommendations, which will serve to increase the pedagogical effectiveness of teachers.
