METHODOLOGY OF APPLICATION OF LEGAL KNOWLEDGE IN STUDENTS

This article analyzes the mechanisms and methodological approaches to the application of legal knowledge in students of higher educational institutions, not only theoretically, but also in practical activities. The article discusses interactive pedagogical methods, simulation exercises and methods of modeling legal situations in the formation of legal thinking and legal awareness in students. Also, the difficulties that arise in the process of applying legal knowledge in practice by students and ways to overcome them are studied from a scientific point of view. The results of the study allow us to identify and improve innovative pedagogical mechanisms for the development of legal competence in the educational process.
