THE SHARIA FACTOR IN INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION

One of the ways to resolve disputes at the international level is the arbitration method. One of the most important aspects of this method is the rules used in resolving disputes. Because different nations of the world have different legal systems, it is a serious task to develop a law to be adopted by each country or to establish the same rule for everyone. How the practice related to this process is reflected in the Arab countries, and since the legislation of these countries is based on the rules of Sharia, we will consider how these rules, together with the rules of modern arbitration, are important in resolving disputes.
