Abstract

This thesis analyzes the processes of introducing pedagogical innovations in the higher and professional education system, their impact on the quality of education and teaching efficiency, as well as the functional significance of innovative educational technologies in the modernization processes from a scientific and theoretical point of view. The study highlights the complex mechanisms of implementing innovative approaches that are being formed in the world education space - digital pedagogy, competency-based approach, integrative module technologies, distance learning platforms and adaptive learning systems into higher and professional education processes. The thesis also provides a deep scientific analysis of the innovative education management model, psychological and pedagogical factors of creating an innovative environment, and institutional and methodological problems in implementing innovative education using the example of the experience of Uzbekistan. The results obtained create a conceptual basis for improving strategies for the effective introduction of innovations in higher and professional education.
