METHODS OF ASSESSING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ENTERPRISES

This article analyzes modern approaches and methods used to assess the efficiency of enterprise management systems. It highlights evaluation criteria aimed at measuring the enterprise's strategic goals, the level of resource utilization, the flexibility of management processes, and the quality of decision-making. Methods such as the Balanced Scorecard, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), benchmarking, economic and financial analysis, functional assessment, and comprehensive integral evaluation are discussed in detail. The study also presents the advantages, disadvantages, and practical applicability of these methods for enterprises. The article scientifically elucidates the role and significance of evaluation systems in enhancing management efficiency, strengthening competitiveness, and ensuring sustainable development of enterprises.
