This thesis analyzes the complex interrelationship between personal freedom and security concepts in cyberspace, as well as their ethical boundaries. In today's digital age, the rapid development of information technologies has made the protection of personal data, freedom of speech on the internet, and security issues globally significant. The research focuses on identifying methods to balance freedom and security in cyberspace, as well as conducting a thorough analysis of ethical norms and normative-legal foundations. The thesis examines mechanisms that regulate human rights and security in cyberspace based on theoretical-analytical approaches, contemporary techno-philosophical concepts, and practical research. Additionally, the thesis discusses ethical dilemmas and paradoxes, along with the possibilities for finding solutions from social-philosophical and technological perspectives.
