This thesis is devoted to studying the importance of psychological counseling and pedagogical training in preserving and developing students' health in higher education institutions through a systematic and scientific approach. The study analyzed effective methods for improving the psychophysiological state of students, reducing stress and psychological tension, as well as ensuring social and psychological adaptation in the educational process. The thesis studied the impact of psychological counseling and pedagogical training on the quality of education, student health indicators and academic success, as well as the methodology for their effective organization. The results of the study are presented in the form of practical recommendations for the pedagogical team of higher education institutions, psychologists and students.
