This article provides information about the judicial system established in Turkestan and its activities. An important legal link of the colonial administration was formed by judicial bodies, and it is explained that during this period two types of courts operated in Turkestan: imperial courts and traditional qazi and biy courts, which were called people's courts. In addition, the issues of imperial courts, qazi courts and the training of judges are also touched upon
