Abstract

The article provides a scientific analysis of the functional capabilities, technical architecture, and regulatory framework of the AI-based “AI-translate” information system, being developed within the fields of technical regulation, standardization, metrology, and certification. Through automated translation and legal advisory services, the system introduces a new level of interaction with technical documents for foreign investors and domestic users.
