COVERAGE OF THE PRINCIPLE OF "SOCIAL JUSTICE" IN INTERNATIONAL LEGISLATIVE PRACTICE

Abstract

This thesis states that the principle of social justice is a topical issue in ensuring human rights today, and that the principle of social justice is of immeasurable importance and significance not only in the Republic of Uzbekistan but also for the legislation of international states, and that it is of great importance in ensuring human rights in other developed countries. The role, content and significance of the principle of "social justice" in international legal norms and practice are analyzed. The author studies the formation, development of the concept of social justice within the framework of international law and how it is manifested in the activities of various international organizations, in particular the UN, the European Union, the International Labor Organization and other global and regional institutions. The article reveals the importance of the principle of social justice in the areas of human rights, equality, employment, education, health care and social protection. It also highlights the implementation of this principle at the national level using the example of the legislative experience of some countries. At the end of the study, conclusions and recommendations are given on improving legal mechanisms aimed at strengthening social justice.
