IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF USING REFERENCE SYMBOLS (DIAGRAMS, TABLES, GRAPHS) AND MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATIONS IN ZOOLOGY EDUCATION

This thesis is devoted to the empirical substantiation of the effectiveness of using reference symbols (diagrams, tables, graphs) and multimedia presentations in zoology education. The study involved a survey of 100 students and 50 biology teachers. The results showed that 90% of students prefer the use of visual materials, and 65% experience difficulties when lessons are based only on oral explanation. It was found that 38% of teachers do not use presentations at all, with the main problems being lack of technical equipment (40%) and time constraints (24%). The thesis concludes with practical recommendations to address these issues.
