FORMATION OF SELF-MANAGEMENT AND SELF-MOTIVATION MECHANISMS IN STUDENTS

This thesis provides a scientific analysis of the formation of self-management and self-motivation mechanisms among students in the modern educational process. The study explores effective methods for developing students’ self-management skills based on psychological and pedagogical approaches, as well as theories of motivation. In particular, the thesis analyzes intrinsic and extrinsic motivation mechanisms, goal-setting and self-control strategies, and the role of self-assessment and reflection processes. The findings of the study contribute to enhancing students’ personal motivation in the educational process and promoting their academic success.
