This article analyzes the constructive features, operational principles, and efficiency indicators of technological machines used in the primary processing of raw cotton. Modern modifications of machines employed in the stages of initial cleaning, drying, ginning, separation, and pressing, along with their automation capabilities, energy efficiency, and environmental safety, are thoroughly examined. The analysis results serve as a crucial scientific and technical foundation for modernizing the cotton industry and enhancing its competitiveness. Cotton cultivation is one of the key sectors of Uzbekistan’s economy, and its sustainable development largely depends on the technological level and efficiency of equipment used in processing raw cotton. Therefore, developing innovative solutions that meet modern requirements remains a pressing issue in this field.
