This article examines the impact of Uzbekistan's 2025 Constitution on domestic political development and international cooperation. Normative-legal, institutional, and comparative analysis methods are applied, highlighting the alignment of constitutional reforms with initiatives within the C5+1 summit. The study also evaluates Uzbekistan's strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, and collaboration in education and cultural sectors under the new Constitution.
