Ushbu maqolada elektron terminologik lug'atlarning tibbiyot talabalarida ingliz tilidagi kasbiy kommunikativ kompetensiyani rivojlantirishdagi didaktik salohiyati tahlil qilinadi. Muallif elektron lug'atning asosiy qiymati tez ekvivalent topishda emas, balki an'anaviy vositalar bilan shakllantirish qiyin bo'lgan uch kompetensiya qirrasini rivojlantirishda ekanini asoslaydi: texnik va oddiy tibbiy registrlar o'rtasida almashinuv, kollokatsion-frazeologik ravonlik hamda grek-lotin o'zaklariga asoslangan generativ terminologik kompetensiya. Buning uchun lug'at oddiy ma'lumotnoma vositasidan kommunikativ topshiriqqa singdirilgan mediatsiya vositasiga aylantirilishi lozim. Tadqiqotda elektron terminologik lug'atlarning didaktik imkoniyati bo'yicha tasnifi taklif etiladi va talabalarda strategik lug'atdan foydalanish ko'nikmasini shakllantirish zarurati asoslanadi. Xulosalar tibbiyot yo'nalishidagi maxsus maqsadlar uchun ingliz tili (ESP) ta'limi uchun amaliy metodik asos yaratadi.
