Mazkur maqolada o‘zbek va ingliz tillarida “yoshlik” konsepti leksik-semantik maydon asosida tahlil qilingan. Yoshlik har ikki tilda ham kuch-quvvat, imkoniyat va beparvolik davri sifatida talqin qilinsa-da, o‘zbek tilida u ko‘proq jamiyat va oilaviy qadriyatlar, ingliz tilida esa erkinlik va individual imkoniyatlar bilan bog‘liq. Frazeologik birliklar yoshlikning madaniy va lingvistik xususiyatlarini aks ettiradi. Natijalar madaniyatshunoslik va lingvistik tadqiqotlar uchun muhimdir.
